A policy set that has grown for fifteen years is usually not wrong, just inconsistent, and everyone has quietly stopped trusting it. When this comes back it is one set again, and people can find the current version without asking somebody.

Company Forms, Policies and HR Reset
Company paperwork accumulates. A policy written in 2019 that still names someone who left, a handbook issued to staff that contradicts the policy it was drawn from, three versions of the same form in circulation because nobody knows which is current, and a set of documents in four different fonts because each was written by whoever needed it that week.
None of it is wrong enough to fix on its own. Together it is what makes an organisation look like it has not got a grip, to an auditor and to new staff on their first day. Tidying that set document by document takes longer than it is worth. This service resets it: you get the alphaZ policy set, staff handbook and HR forms, branded to you and tailored to how you actually run things, with the arrangements worth keeping carried across from what you have now.
What You Get
- The alphaZ policy set, tailored to you - policies developed over 25 years of real audits, branded to your company and adjusted to your arrangements rather than issued generically. Where your personal data register is being prepared as well, the privacy notice is written once, from the register
- The GEN1-1 General Staff Handbook prepared - branded, tailored, and written from the same policy set, so it cannot contradict the policies behind it
- The HR form set set up - the day to day employment forms in one consistent style, including F-HR15 Employment Letter and Contract, F-HR5 Employee Appraisal, F-HR14 Employee Disciplinary Record, holiday, flexible working, grievance, exit interview and the rest
- Your own arrangements carried across - where you do something specific and deliberate, it goes into the new set. This is a reset of the paperwork, not of how you run the business
- Document control from the start - issue numbers, dates and approvals set across the whole set, which is what stops three versions circulating again
- Awareness handbooks where you want them - the health and safety, environmental and information security staff handbooks branded alongside the general one
- A list of what your old set said that the new one does not - so nothing you relied on disappears without you seeing it and agreeing
- Gaps flagged - duties you have taken on with no document behind them, and policies you refer to but do not have
How Much One Day Covers
Your set. There is no cap on the number of documents, because the count is not what decides the time - how much tailoring you want is. A straightforward reset for a business that will take our arrangements as written moves quickly. A business with a lot of its own practice to carry across takes longer. The more context and information you give us, the better what we prepare will be. We work through as much as the time allows, in the order that matters most to you.
Where This Stops
This is a documentation service. We are ISO consultants and auditors, not employment lawyers, and this does not give you employment law advice or a legal opinion on your contracts. The documents are sound and widely used, but your circumstances are yours. Where something raises a genuine employment law question - a disciplinary process that looks out of step with how you operate, a contract term you would struggle to rely on - we flag it clearly so you can take proper advice. We would rather hand you a short list of things worth a solicitor's half hour than let you assume they have been dealt with.
How the Work Gets Done
We use our own AI tooling to do the mechanical part of document preparation, and a consultant checks the output before it reaches you. On a reset like this the tooling does the volume - branding a large set of policies, forms and handbooks, applying your details throughout, setting document control across every file, and reading your existing paperwork to find the arrangements that need carrying across.
What is worth carrying across, and what the handbook should tell your staff, is a consultant's judgement. Anything that changes a commitment you have already made to your people comes back to you as a question rather than an edit.
The policies, handbook and forms are ours, developed over 25 years of real audits, and they are not AI generated. That is the point of the product - you are getting documents a person designed and a lot of organisations have been audited against, applied to your business quickly, rather than something generated to fit your description.
Why a Day Goes This Far
Anyone can rent the same AI we use. What they cannot rent is what we point it at.
Behind this service is a document library built over 25 years - manuals, procedures, policies, registers, risk assessments, COSHH assessments, audit checklists and forms, covering every standard we work to and most situations a management system runs into. Each one has been through real audits, and corrected where an assessor pushed back. That is the part that took 25 years, and it is the part that cannot be generated.
Our tooling applies that library to your business. A general purpose AI, pointed at the same job, has nothing to apply, so it writes something that reads well and describes a company that does not exist.
What We Need From You
- Your existing policies, handbook and forms, so we can see what needs carrying across
- Your company name, logo and company details
- Roughly how many people you employ and how they are engaged - employed, self employed, agency, associates
- Anything you do differently and deliberately, particularly on holiday, hours, notice and probation
- Who approves policies, so document control can be set properly
- Anything you already know is out of date or disputed
Other Things Remote Support Covers
A support day does not have to be spent on policies and HR. The same day can be pointed at any one of these instead, and it is the same purchase either way:
A day can also go on things that are not document preparation at all - training, internal audits, a gap analysis, or simply working through a problem on a call. Remote Support - Project is the same day bought without a job attached to it.
Every one of these services is listed on the ISO consultancy support page, along with how a support day works and what is covered by a subscription.
