How to Order and How It Works

Buy now takes you to a secure card checkout. As soon as your payment goes through you are taken straight into the alphaZ subscriber library, where every document and toolkit is ready to download, along with the sample data files and the updates. To pay by bank transfer instead, email enquiries@isomanaged.com with your company name, billing address, VAT number (if you have one) and the email address you will log in to the library with, and we will send an invoice. The bank details are on the Offline Payment page. Your access starts when it is paid.

After that, log in to the library at any time with the email address you subscribed with. There is no password: we email you a code each time you log in.

If you would like your documents branded before you start, email the toolkit you want, your company name and your logo to support@isomanaged.com.

Which of the email updates you receive is set in your mailing list preferences, and the Business Health and Compliance update is opt-in, so tick that preference if you want it.

Anything you download is yours to keep, during the term and after it ends.

When Your Twelve Months End

We email you a month before your subscription year ends, and again a week before, with a link to renew for a further twelve months at £195. A renewal is added on from the end of your current year, so nothing is lost by renewing early.

There is no obligation to renew. If you do nothing, your access to the library ends on the last day of your term and everything you downloaded stays yours. You can still renew at £195 for 14 days after your term ends.
