If you have arranged for remote assistance or consultancy we will pass your contact details to the consultant assigned to assist you who will be from our network of approved consultants and may not directly be employed by isoassured. The shared Dropbox folder will also be shared with the consultant but you will be able to view and amend the sharing options for any shared folder setup.
Data Retention - we will only hold personal data as long as we need it and we have systems in place for management and retention of data.
