ISO Support and Document Preparation
Buy the Documents, or Buy the Time to Have Them Done For You
There are two ways to get a working management system out of this site, and this page carries both. You can take the documents and do the work yourself, or you can buy consultant time and have the work done for you. Most people end up using a bit of each, so the two routes are priced to fit together rather than compete.
Buying the Documents
alphaZ Subscription is twelve months of access to every document and toolkit on the site in fully editable format, along with the ISO, legal and health and safety update service, the full UK legal register, the subscribers section, unlimited email and telephone support on the use of the documents, and a half day of remote consultancy. Anything we revise during your term is yours as it is released. It is a single payment for the year, with no ongoing agreement and nothing that renews on its own.
Download Pass is the same full download access for thirty days, for anyone who wants to take what they need in one go and does not need the twelve months.
Document Preparation puts your company name and logo across every document in your set, so the files you start from are yours rather than ours. It is included free of charge with every toolkit, with a download pass and with a subscription, so the only time it is charged for is where documents have been bought individually.
The documents themselves live in the ISO toolkits and the wider alphaZ document library.
Buying the Time
Remote Support - Project is a day of consultant time, seven hours, used in one go or by the hour over six weeks, with two months of alphaZ subscription included. It is the purchase route for every job described further down this page.
Remote Support - Ongoing is the same help on a fixed monthly rate for existing clients, running to roughly half a day a month, and it covers the things that recur rather than the initial setup - internal audits, approval scheme applications, certification audit preparation, non-conformances and supplier appraisals.
What a Support Day Can Be Spent On
The listings below are all the same purchase. They exist separately because the jobs people arrive looking for are different, not because the service is different.
- Enhanced IMS Setup - the whole file set branded and set up, manual and registers included
- IMS Manual and Registers Preparation - your ISO manual written and the registers behind it completed
- Risk Assessment Reformatting and Hazard Register - existing assessments moved into one format and indexed
- COSHH Assessment Preparation - built from your safety data sheets, or your existing COSHH reworked
- Legal Register Preparation - legislation selected for your sector with your compliance recorded
- Environmental Registers and Aspects Assessment - aspects and impacts, life cycle review and a carbon management plan
- Information Security Risk and Treatment Plan - assets, risks, treatment and the Statement of Applicability
- Personal Data Register and Privacy Notice Preparation - your record of processing with AI written in, and privacy notices to match
- AI Policy and Risk Register - your AI tools, their risks and controls, and what AI may not do
- Business Risk Assessment Preparation - organisational risk written around what would actually hurt the business
- Company Forms, Policies and HR Reset - policies, staff handbook and HR forms as one coherent branded set
- Internal Audit Training and Support - your people trained and your audit programme set up
- Full Clause Conversion Service - an existing ISO clause-based system rebuilt around your business processes
- Constructionline, SSIP and CAS Application Support - your pre-qualification questionnaire completed and the evidence behind it prepared
A day does not have to go on documents at all. It can be spent on training, a gap analysis, preparing for an assessment, or simply working through a problem on a call.
How the Work Gets Done
We use our own AI tooling for the mechanical part of document preparation, and a consultant checks everything before it reaches you. It is the reason a day of support now produces far more finished documentation than it used to, at the same price it always was.
The tooling handles the volume. Branding, document properties, numbering, filling registers, aligning them to your real folder structure and chasing down every reference that no longer points anywhere. That work used to eat most of a consultant's day and none of it ever needed a consultant's judgement.
The judgement stays with the consultant. What your scope should say, whether an exclusion will survive an audit, which risks actually matter to your business, and whether the finished system describes a company an assessor would recognise.
Why a Day Goes Further Than It Used To
Anyone can rent the same AI we use. What they cannot rent is what we point it at.
Behind this service is a document library built over 25 years - manuals, procedures, policies, registers, risk assessments, COSHH assessments, audit checklists and forms, covering every standard we work to and most situations a management system runs into. Each one has been through real audits, and corrected where an assessor pushed back. That is the part that took 25 years, and it is the part that cannot be generated.
Our tooling applies that library to your business. A general purpose AI, pointed at the same job, has nothing to apply, so it writes something that reads well and describes a company that does not exist.
Which One Do You Need?
If you have the time and want to understand your own system as you build it, take a subscription or a download pass and work through the toolkit for your standards. The documents are the same ones our consultants use.
If you have the standard to meet and not the weeks to spend on it, buy a support day and tell us what you need. The more context and information you give us, the better what comes back will be.
The two are not exclusive. A support day includes two months of subscription, and a full price annual subscription includes a half day of consultancy and a discount on any further support bought during the term.
