The alphaZ Update Service
A management system is only compliant on the day you last checked. Legislation moves, the standards get revised, and the register that was right in January quietly stops being right by the summer. The update service is how subscribers keep up without having to go looking.
Four strands, all written by working consultants and auditors, and everything published is kept permanently so the back catalogue stays available.
What the Service Includes
- alphaZ-OUT - the quarterly review of UK legislation and ISO standards changes, what is coming, and what each change actually means for a working system
- Health and Safety Updates - one health and safety subject a month, covered properly
- Business Health and Compliance Updates - the obligations that sit outside health and safety, in plain language
- alphaZ document updates - a monthly summary of every new and revised document in the library, with extra notices when something significant changes
How to Get the Files
Open the page you want, then open its Download Files tab. Every issue published is listed there, named so you can see at a glance what each one covers, and a click downloads the PDF. Anyone can see the tab and everything listed on it, with file names and sizes. The download buttons work when you are signed in as an alphaZ subscriber.
The Document Updates
The fourth strand works differently. There is nothing to download, because it is a running record rather than a publication. Every new and revised alphaZ document is listed on the alphaZ document updates blog and summarised in a monthly email, with an extra notice when something significant changes such as a reissued ISO standard. You can see what has moved since you last looked and pick up the current version from its own page.
Included With a Subscription
The whole update service comes with the alphaZ Subscription, along with the full document library, the populated UK legal register and document preparation.
