The FORS Review Register is a Word template for checking and confirming compliance with the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) requirements in one document, from the standards and policies in place to the routine checks and the formal declarations the scheme requires.

Using the Register

Work down the register before each FORS audit and at regular intervals between them, confirming that the standards and policies are held and current, the risk assessments are in place, and each review check has been completed, with who carried it out and when. Complete the declarations once the review is done.

Keep the records each check refers to, such as licence checks, eyesight checks and driver declarations, so they can be shown at the FORS audit.

The footer carries the register number and title, issue, information classification and page numbering. The register can be listed with your other controlled documents on the F-IMS20 Document Register.
