This form can be used to prepare a listing of all fire extinguishers electronically so that it can be printed and allow pen entry to confirm inspection due date and any comments about each fire extinguisher listed to ensure all extinguishers are in the correct location and ready for use.

Alternatively blank form can be used to create a register of all fire extinguishers with details of type, size, location and inspection due date.

This form is supplied in A & B versions with the A version being in portrait document orientation and the B version being in landscape orientation which provides more space for adding comments but reduces the number of entries per page.
