Risk Assessment - Refrigerants and Pressure Systems
This pre-completed risk assessment covers the handling of refrigerants and pressure systems during installation, commissioning, service and decommissioning of air cooling and refrigeration equipment. - Pressure events - uncontrolled release during pressure testing, evacuation, recovery and maintenance
- Cylinder handling - storage, transport, valve damage and toppling of refrigerant cylinders
- Misidentification - cross-contamination and introduction of an incompatible refrigerant to a system

Every hazard is scored twice. The inherent rating shows the risk before controls are considered, and the residual rating shows the risk that remains once the listed controls are in place - giving a clear picture of how much each set of controls is actually doing.
