How to Buy and How It Works

Add the subscription to your basket and check out. If you would like your documents branded before they reach you, put the toolkit you want and your company name in the Requirements box and send us your logo.

Once you are subscribed the download link is activated on every product page, so you take what you want straight from the page you are already looking at. The subscribers section carries the sample data files and the updates. Which of the email updates you receive is set on your profile, and the Business Health and Compliance update is opt-in, so tick that preference if you want it.

Anything you download is yours to keep, during the term and after it ends.

The Small Print

• A single payment for twelve months. It does not auto-renew and there is nothing to cancel.
• The price shown does not include VAT, which is added at the checkout if applicable.
• The half day of remote support is included when twelve months is purchased at full price.
• The 10% support discount applies to remote support bought during the subscription term, and only where the subscription was purchased at full price.
• Renewing for a second year is discounted by 75%.
• The support included relates to the use of the documents only - template selection, how documents and registers work, and any issue with the files. Advice on your own management system, including document reviews, system development and audit preparation, is remote support and needs time arranged.
• The half day of consultancy covers a support period of up to three weeks from the agreed start date.
