Remote Support - Ongoing
A Named Consultant on a Fixed Monthly Retainer

Once a management system is set up, what most organisations need is not another project. It is somebody to ask. This is the after care service for clients we have already worked with, whether that was an ISO toolkit, an alphaZ subscription, a download pass or a day of remote support.

You are allocated a named consultant, or a team where the work needs it, with direct access by email, telephone or our online support system. Our remote support team are all experienced ISO consultants and auditors, and we make full use of information and communication technology to share files and work with you, so that this service is as effective as onsite consultancy.

What the Monthly Time Covers

The allocation can go on responding to calls and emails, or be booked in for training sessions and meetings. It also covers work we take on and complete for you:

• Completion of applications for pre-qualification and approval schemes such as Constructionline
• Completion of internal audits and internal audit training
• Preparation for, and assistance with, certification audits
• Responding to or investigating issues and non-conformances
• Supplier appraisals
• Collecting customer feedback
• Keeping your personal data register and AI risk register current as tools are added and changed
• Ongoing development of the management system

How Much Time You Get

The standard allocation is half a day of consultant time each month. More can be added at the checkout, up to an extra day and a half a month, and the allocation can be increased later if the work grows.

Time is counted by the calendar month. Anything unused does not carry forward, and time cannot be drawn from a future month in advance. The monthly allocation is the maximum available in any month unless additional time is purchased.

Site Subscription Included

Site subscription comes with all ongoing remote support and stays active for as long as the ongoing support payments continue, so the whole alphaZ document library and every toolkit stay available to you while you are on the service.

The Small Print

• Ongoing support is available only to clients who have already purchased a toolkit, download pass, subscription or remote support time. Orders that do not meet this may be cancelled and refunded.
• All consultant time counts against the monthly allocation, including meetings, calls, preparation, review of documents and responding to email, and is recorded in minimum 15 minute units.
• Unused time does not carry forward and time cannot be used in advance of future months.
• Site subscription included with ongoing support remains active only while ongoing support payments continue.
• There is no minimum contract. Ongoing support can be cancelled at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of the month for which payment has been made.
