Who Needs a Business Continuity Policy?
Organisations working to ISO 27001 or ISO 22301, and organisations whose customers ask how they would keep services running through a disruption.

This policy is part of the ISO 22301 Toolkit and every alphaZ ISO toolkit that covers ISO 22301.
Works with the Business Continuity Procedure and Register
The PP-1-05 Business Continuity Policy Procedure sets out the continuity arrangements, the F-IMS21 Business Continuity Register records critical functions and continuity arrangements, and the TT-1-05 Business Continuity toolbox talk briefs workers.
Document Control
The footer carries the policy number and title, information classification, version and page numbers, and the approval fields record who approved the policy and when, so it can be controlled with the rest of your management system documents and listed on a document register such as the F-IMS20 Document Register.
