Forklift Pre-Use Inspection Checklist Template
A pre-use inspection checklist for forklift trucks, laid out so a daily check can be recorded across a full week. It covers the forks and mast, chains and hydraulics, wheels and tyres, controls, brakes and steering, warning devices and lights, with space to log defects and who completed each day's check.
