This form has been designed to be used annually for a staff review.

Reviews are an opportunity to formally assess employee competence, review company policies and also give employees a chance to formally report any issues or suggest improvements for the business and your management system.

The staff annual review form also now includes training awareness for bribery - a requirement for the ISO 37001 standard. 

List includes blank space for any company-specific checks which need to be completed prior to inducting staff.
