This form can be used for each employee within the organisation to record training undertaken.

This form will be reviewed in the employee’s annual review to check that training received has been effective and assess whether additional training is required. This form is evidence that you are ensuring employees are competent to carry out their work and that necessary training is being completed. File could also be used to detail qualifications and training already held by new starts.
