ISO 37001 Toolkit

This toolkit includes all the files required to set up an effective and easy to manage management system that meets the requirements of the ISO 37001 anti-bribery management standard and can be used by businesses who are wanting to setup or update existing management systems for ISO 37001:2025 certification and compliance. All IMS files supplied are in an editable format and can be easily updated and adapted with your company details.

Integrated Management Systems - alphaZ where everything is integrated

Unlike other ISO toolkits this toolkit makes use of the alphaZ integrated management system with a single Integrated Management System manual (IMS1) and a supplied folder structure to facilitate a single, simple to manage and update management system that is free of ISO-clause-jargon and can be easily adapted to reflect existing systems, processes, procedures, software and can be easily expanded to cover additional ISO standards or other requirements as required.

Effective and comprehensive management system - instead of spending a lot of time trying to read and understand the ISO standards or creating new forms and writing policies from scratch download and use this toolkit to get a massive head-start when setting up or updating ISO compliant management systems.

This toolkit is suitable for;

Using the ISO 37001 Toolkit

To achieve ISO certification, it is necessary to have a management system in place that meets the requirements of the standard(s) and this toolkit enables management systems to be setup easily and all the files are fully editable and can be updated to suit your company. Simply download and start working through the documents or use one of the supplied implementation checklists and the reference documents for guidance.

IMS Registers

Various registers that can be used to manage approaches to anti-bribery. Key suppliers can be tracked alongside their bribery risk. Hospitality and gifts received by the organization can also be tracked and assessed. The legal register can be used to document and log all legal obligations of the company, including those specific to bribery.

 These are general management system procedures that can be used if there are no existing management systems currently in place.
Form Templates

Several different forms are included which help staff to report bribery, concerns for bribery and also facilitate bribery commitments, due diligence and an anti-bribery committee.

An appendix for the management review is included which allows the company to assess each part of the anti-bribery management system (ABMS).

Policies Anti-bribery and corruption policy is included which addresses the organisations approach to bribery and is ISO 37001 compliant. Additional policies are included which support the area, such as Corporate Social Responsibility, Whistleblowing, Hospitality and Gifts, Anti-Money Laundering and Ethics.
Procedures Two procedures are included to support the organization and its anti-bribery management system. The PP-1-19 Anti-Bribery procedure is critical to ensuring effective controls are in place and regulatory compliance is reached - this is the key procedure included in this document.
Audit Checklists

Various checklists for assistance with completion of management system audits (Internal Audits) prepared using the F-Q2 Audit Checklist Form.

The full clause audit checklist will help you to ascertain that each clause of the ISO 37001:2025 standard has been met with appropriate evidence.

Risk Assessments

Example bribery risk assessment taking a broad view of all potential organizational factors which present a bribery risk along with controls applied and the risk rating.

ISO Correlations Reference only to the correlation which lists each clause in the ISO standard with details of where evidence of ISO compliance is covered in the management system. Useful reference if asked for evidence of compliance against any ISO clauses during an ISO certification audit.
Training Talks Trainings Talks and Attendance forms which are pre-prepared with bribery information which can be used to educate staff on bribery and ensure awareness. A PowerPoint training course is also included which covers bribery and the ISO 37001 anti-bribery management systems standard.
Handbooks Editable staff handbook which includes reference to the IMS and other key information.
Training Certificate Templates Training Certificate Templates are included within the toolkit to help evidence that staff have the relevant knowledge, experience and awareness of the ISO 37001 standard, internal auditing and overall awareness of the management system.
