Legionella Management Plan Template
A legionella management plan for keeping water systems under control once the risks are known. It records the system overview, the control tasks and their frequencies, the responsible people and their duties, and a month-by-month schedule of checks and actions across the year.
The HSE Approved Code of Practice L8 expects duty holders not just to assess legionella risk but to put a written scheme of control in place and keep it up to date. This plan gives you that scheme and supports the operational control requirements of ISO 45001.
