This form is a checklist for completing and documenting the inspection of a fire door.
This form allows the key information of the inspection to be detailed; Location, Door type / rating, who completed the inspection and inspection date followed by a table layout where details of what needs to be checked and outcome of the check can be detailed.

- Door Leaf
- Door Frame and Surround
- Hinges
- Intumescent & Smoke Seals
- Gaps & Clearances
- Handles, Latches and Self-closing Mechanism
- Door operation
For each area there is a corresponding listing of checks to be completed including details of what to check which can be easily edited to cover the relevant checks on your fire doors.
