Simple to use but comprehensive and intuitive issues register.

This register can be used to log all issues including all aspects of investigation and action taken or completed in conjunction with/without the problems form.

The ISO compliant issue register can be used to log;

  • problems
  • complaints
  • non-conformances
  • issues
  • opportunities for improvement
  • actions and audit findings

Once issues are logged this register can be used to track the issue and record actions taken against the issue.

Further review and analysis is also possible using the built in root-cause-analysis for comprehensive review of causal factors and root cause.

A statistical analysis sheet is also included.

This issue register is very useful for logging findings from internal audits and other IMS related actions.

I also find that many companies find they no longer need to use their problems form at all once they start using this issues register as it is simpler and easier to just log all the issues on the register.

Clients and Auditors like the 'Statistical Analysis' page as this shows trends using colourful charts and the output data is a very useful for use as a measurable and quantifiable management system objective with very little effort.
