Document Preparation Service

Every alphaZ document carries a placeholder where your company name goes, and the alphaZ logo in the header. Document preparation replaces both across every document in your purchase, so the files you start work from are yours rather than ours.

Included free with any management system toolkit purchase, with a download pass, and with an alphaZ subscription. The price shown applies where documents have been bought individually.

What Document Preparation Includes

• Your company name in place of the alphaZ placeholder, on every document
• Your logo in the header, on every page
• Help links retained or removed, whichever you prefer

Preparation covers every document in your purchase. There is no need to list individual files.

What We Need From You

Company Name - please make sure this is entered correctly. It appears on every document, so send it exactly as it should read, including Ltd or Limited. Consultants, please give your client's name rather than your own.

IMS requirements - tell us which toolkit, or which combination of standards, the documents are for.

Help links - the default documents carry a help link at the top right of each page, linking back to the relevant page on this site. Keep them while you are building your system, since they explain how each document is meant to be used. Remove them if the documents are going in front of an auditor or a client.

Your logo - email it to support@isomanaged.com. Please send the best quality version you have, ideally a PNG with a transparent background. A logo copied from a website is usually too small and will not hold up once it is placed in a document header.

Delivery and Turnaround

We usually get the files prepared and supplied the same day or within hours but please allow at least three working days from receipt of your logo and company name. Prepared files are shared using a secure download link as a single archive file  which can be downloaded and extracted.

What Document Preparation Does Not Cover

This is a branding and setup service. Your documents will carry your name and logo, but they still describe a general management system until someone tailors them to your scope, your processes and your risks. That work needs somebody who knows how the business actually runs, and it stays your responsibility.

Document preparation requires purchase of the relevant documents, toolkit, download pass or subscription, and is for the update of alphaZ documents only. It is not provided for any other documents.
