AI Management Review Form Template

The F-Q3 42001 AI Management Review is a Word form that is both the agenda and the record for a management review of an AI management system (AIMS). It records the date and contributors, reviews the status of previous actions, then works through each review item with space for comments, notes and actions, with the register or form to look at named against each item.

It supports the management review in ISO 42001, with tables for reviewing previous objectives and setting AI objectives, and a section to record the decisions from the review.

Using the Form

Send the form out before the meeting so the registers and records it names can be brought up to date, work through each item at the review, and record decisions and actions as you go. Finish by reviewing the objectives and setting the next ones, record the results of the review, and file the completed form as the record of the review.
