Send us your logo, your company details and whatever paperwork you already have. What comes back is a complete management system with your name on every file, the IMS manual written around your business, the registers completed, the documents you do not need stripped out along with every reference to them, and a written record of what was done and what still needs your answer. That work used to run to days of consultancy.
ISO Documentation Prepared in Hours, Not Days
It is now the first few hours of a single support day, at the price it has always been. The rest of the day is still yours, and it goes on the things a consultant is actually for: a gap analysis, an internal audit, training your team, or working through the problem that has had your system stuck for a year. Preparing documents was never the valuable part of a consultant's time. It was the part that ate it.
How AI Prepares ISO Documentation, and What It Does Not Do
We use our own AI tooling for the mechanical work, and a consultant checks the output before it reaches you. The tooling applies your name, logo and document properties across a large file set, moves your existing content into the alphaZ templates, cross-references the registers against one another and catches any document still pointing at a file you have not got.
What it does not do is invent your management system. The templates are ours, built over 25 years of real audits and corrected wherever an assessor pushed back, and they are not AI generated. What goes into them comes from your documents, your answers and a consultant's judgement. Where something is missing we tell you it is missing rather than writing something plausible into the space. Anyone can rent the same AI we use. What they cannot rent is the library we point it at, and a general purpose AI pointed at the same job has nothing to apply, so it writes something that reads well and describes a company that does not exist.
ISO 42001 Covers How We Use AI
We run our own use of AI against an ISO 42001 based framework, the same standard our AI management system documents are written for. In practice that means every prepared file set is supplied with an overview of what was done and how, including where the tooling was used, the assumptions made on your behalf and the questions only you can answer. Nothing about the method is hidden, and there is nothing in it you would not show an assessor.
What Else an ISO Support Day Can Cover
A support day does not have to go on a full setup. It is the same purchase whichever of these you point it at:
- Risk assessments and the hazard register - moved into one branded format with consistent scoring, indexed by a hazard register
- COSHH assessments - reworked, or built new from your manufacturers' safety data sheets
- Legal register - legislation selected for your sector and activities, with your compliance recorded against each item
- Environmental aspects - aspects and impacts scored for significance, with the life cycle review and carbon management plan
- Information security - your assets, the risks against them, the treatment plan and the Statement of Applicability
- Company forms, policies and an HR reset - your policy set, staff handbook and HR forms as one coherent branded set
We can collect your existing documentation and registers for review or use a simple form to collect key information about your organisation, scope, activities and use this to setup the documents for your company.
