This policy details the company’s zero tolerance attitude towards bribery and corruption anywhere in its operations or its supply chain. It offers guidance on what constitutes bribery and makes clear what behaviours and actions are not acceptable.

The policy lays out two rules that all employees, consultants and agents must adhere to: -

1. Do not offer or pay bribes
2. Do not request or accept bribes

The policy states the responsibility of all employees to prevent, detect and report bribery.

V1 of this policy references the ISO 37001 standards and anti-bribery management system (ABMS) in addition to the anti-bribery compliance function - a requirement of the 37001 standard.

V2 is a more general policy and doesn't reference the ISO 37001 standard or ABMS
