Checklists for completing a gap analysis of the requirements of an ISO 22301 compliant Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)

These checklists can be used for an initial gap analysis or when management systems have been developed and want to check that have been adequately developed for preparation prior to external and internal audits. 

There are 2 checklists included for download;

• I-C-Gap-Analysis-BCMS - full review of management system requirements
• I-C-IMS-Gap-Analysis-BCMS - short version focussed solely on business continuity arrangements and following the structure of the IMS1 manual. This checklist  doesn't cover common management system requirements like internal auditing or management review.
