The F-IMS36 Risk Register is a simple register which can be used to track and log the risks presented to an organization.

The risks can be rated according to the Risk Rating table (tolerable, moderate, harmful) and matched with the controls to mitigate the risk. 

The risks register can be useful for compliance with several ISO standards such as 9001.
