This document can also be issued to employees or workers who are intend to work remotely and is intended to provide a review of remote working arrangements to confirm that suitable and that all key information security, legal, environmental and health and safety considerations have been reviewed and confirmed as acceptable.

A second version of the form F-Q72A is also included and has an office approval sign-of / approval section to also demonstrate that the checklist has been reviewed and approved.
