A training review form for evaluating a training course or session after it has been delivered - a set of rated questions on how useful and relevant it was, the time allocated and other aspects, with follow-up space where a score is low and room to say how it could be improved. It gives you feedback on whether the training worked.
Evaluating the effectiveness of training is part of managing competence under ISO 9001 (clause 7.2), not just recording that it happened. This form gives you a simple way to gather that feedback and decide whether a course is worth repeating.
Any organisation that invests in training benefits from knowing whether it worked. It suits any business managing staff competence, and supports the training effectiveness evaluation expected under ISO 9001.
