The alphaZ documents package was developed by consultants for use when providing consultancy with clients and has been designed to be used in all types of company and to allow management systems to be implemented around existing good practice and established systems and can greatly assist with the consultancy process by making the initial setup of draft documentation much easier which can help to allow the focus of consultancy time to be on the areas where greatest improvement or benefit can be achieved for the client while ensuring all the common elements of ISO compliant management system setup are fully covered.

The package may not reduce the total consultancy time required but can allow the time allocated to be better spent and can help with ensuring the final documentation prepared is more comprehensive and effective.

The documents have been developed and tested extensively with a wide range of companies who have achieved certification with various UKAS accredited and other certification bodies and we currently work with an extensive network of consultants and are constantly reviewing and updating the documents to ensure they help support the consultancy process as well as work effectively for the end user and ensure ISO compliance by keeping up with the expectations and feedback from leading certification bodies.

Unlike other template packages alphaZ documents isn't based on the ISO clause structure but instead follows a logical business-focused structure meaning it is simple and useful to implement without any of the ISO-clause jargon and therefore supporting effective and useful consultancy. Everything can be edited and placeholders used or replaced to point at existing client or own systems that need to be incorporated.

How it Works

Working with us is very simple - simply download the files you need and start using them with your clients! You don't even need to speak to us or ask permission to use the documents but we're here and happy to have a chat about the documents or any aspect of ISO consultancy and certification.

Step-by-step;

  1. Consultant purchases our documents (alphaZ subscription is the best options as this will give you access to everything) reads the guidance, watches the videos and discovers that the alphaZ documents system is actually a really good and useful framework for setting up effective and useful management systems
  2. Consultant uses the documents with own clients, editing the files as required, or makes use of our document preparation service to get all the files supplied with their clients name / logo already added
  3. Consultant joins our approved network and contributes to ongoing development of alphaZ and receives rewards / discounts

We can help you to do more and provide a better service to your clients - by letting us provide you with the basics you then don't need to spend time designing or preparing documents and allowing you to focus on the areas where you can provide most benefit for your client.

Documents supplied to you - all the documents are supplied to you directly so there is no need to reference alphaZ documents and we have no contact with your client.

Alternatively you can also openly make use of the alphaZ documents site with clients who can also have their own login to download and review additional documents that they may need as required. With this approach there is also the option to receive a payment for each client who sets up a subscription.

Effective Online Systems

We can assist or advise on setup of effective online systems to ensure you can offer clients an alternative if they are thinking about paying for one of the inflexible and expensive online ISO systems that are available. Our alphaZ Control system keeps the client in complete control over their own management systems, data and with the flexibility to build and modify their own systems with full support.

The alphaZ IMS system makes use of a logical filing structure for all key management system documents and resources and this structure can be installed or supplied ready to install on your existing cloud solution filing system. We can provide support for the use of Atlassian (Confluence / Jira), Dropbox, Box, Sharepoint and Google Drive for setup of cloud-based management systems.

Support and Assistance

We're here to support consultants and can provide advice on matters relating to ISO consultancy and ISO certification;

  • Selection of suitable Certification Body (CB) / advice on the audit / evidence expectations of different CB's
  • Preparing for Certification audits
  • Responding to issues raised in audits
  • Preparing suitable management systems
  • Preparing legal registers / checking legal compliance
  • Other approval schemes / UKCA / CE marking

You will also have access to our network or approved consultants, auditors and H&S advisers so we can provide contacts of suitable consultants if needing assistance or a site visit somewhere else in the UK.

Document Preparation

We provide a document preparation service where we supply you with the name / logo of your client already added to all the files within one of our toolkits. This can be paid for as and when required or approved consultants can simply add this to their account (cost will be deducted from any payments we are due to make to you or added to a monthly invoice if not in credit).

With document preparation for consultants we can also supply sample data versions of key documents such as the risk registers, legal registers and full-clause audit checklists. If needing further help and support with document preparation including review and incorporation of existing documentation please just get in touch to arrange this - we can get all the documents you need all prepared and ready to start the consultancy process.

Approved Consultants

We have a network of approved consultants who complete consultancy on our behalf and who are actively involved with ongoing review and development of the alphaZ documents package. To become an approved consultant please just get in touch to discuss; we don't add anyone to our approved list, we expect all approved consultants to share our values in setting up effective management systems the correct way.

We'll pay you - if you've prepared documents that we don't currently have on this site (or you think you've got something better) please get in touch if you would like to sell us the templates for inclusion with alphaZ!

Discount codes - approved consultants who wish to use the site with their clients can make use of discount codes, these codes are unique to each consultant and can be given out to clients to give them free or discounted site subscription with a commission paid back to the consultant when their discount code is used.
Alternatively, consultants can pay for a subscription for their client and provide their client with a free access code. alphaZ subscription is a one-time non-recurring payment and provides full access to the site to download all documents for 12 months.

Small Print

As detailed in our terms the documents can be used with your own clients as part of your ISO consultancy service but cannot be resold - you are not permitted to sell documents or toolkits with any of our files included or transfer the files to any other 3rd parties for any other purpose.
