This is a publicly shareable policy detailing  the guidelines and principles to follow when using or planning for the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in any work-related activities.

The policy provides a brief outline on AI, it's uses and confirmation that must be used in a responsible, ethical and legally compliant manner.

Listing of the acceptable use of AI and also reference to AI Guidelines to link to a more detailed internal procedure or guideline on the use of AI.

This policy can be used in conjunction with other AI guidance and procedures as part of an AI management system or as a standalone file.

There are 2 versions of the policy with the -V2 version including a section that references the ISO 42001:2024 Artificial Intelligence Management System standard and includes mandatory statements as detailed in this standard.
