This register is included as part of the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) Document Compliance Pack and is also embedded within the FORS manaul.

This file is useful for checking and demonstrating that all things have been checked and also catching various prescriptive FORS requirements using a single document to ensure meeting all FORS requirements.
