This register is used to log and keep track of enquiries received as well as any quotes supplied.

Details of enquiries, name of enquiry contact, who the enquiry has been assigned to, enquiry type, current status, outcome and action taken can be logged on this register,

The register automatically colour-codes each entry based on status (outcome) so different colours can be applied to pending, won or lost enquiries.

The outcome field can also be used to filter the details so that reporting can be completed for all won, all lost or to just show pending enquiries.

Colour coding used, status options and associated colour can all be controlled and adjusted to suit.

Also includes an 'Analysis' page which summarises and charts key information about the enquiries and quotes including analysis of enquiries by type and also enquiries by outcome to graphically show enquiry conversion rate.

Another feature is enquiry priority scoring where each enquiry is assigned a priority so that low priority or enquiries where not looking to secure the work can be filtered out on the reporting page so that only enquiries with a particular priority rating are included.

This register can be used to provide measurable and quantifiable data for quality objectives as the reporting facility gives the enquiry conversion rate for a specified time period.

This can also be very useful data for companies who may not be fully aware of just how much time is being allocated to enquiries and the enquiry conversion rate until it is logged.
