A simple register for logging details of Key Suppliers or Sub-Contractors (defined as suppliers where the product / service supplied could impact on the quality of our own product / service provision) including details of any appraisal completed or scheduled, any issues or comments on the goods / service they are approved to supply and current approval rating / status.

Details of any licence(s), registration (s) or insurance(s) supplied can also be added with expiry dates.

Register allows logging of current rating of each supplier (suggested 1-5 rating system) and also details of products / services that supplier has been approved to supply as well as current status (approved / probation / suspended) to allow demonstration that ISO compliant process for appraisal and approval of key suppliers is in place.

Comments on supplier / service can also be added so any supplier issues can be directly added to this register to ensure issues with suppliers are effectively documented and communicated.

Register automatically highlights when supplier review is upcoming or overdue and also if any supplied licences, insurances or other documents with an expiry date are due or overdue for renewal.
