Staff Competency Training Development Planner is an Excel Spreadsheet register for logging worker competence and training completed and planned.

Competency rating sheet allows scores to be entered for Current and Target competence as well as comments and details of training required.

Details entered on the competency rating sheet can then be analysed using a printable report sheet with a radar chart and summary of comments and training required.

Individual worksheets also included which allow all details of training completed, training needs and other information to be documented for each member of staff / worker.
