Register used to log breakdowns with equipment and plant.
Register is made up of a sheet for logging all plant (Plant List) and sheet for logging all breakdowns and an analysis sheet where the total number of breakdowns for a particular time period can be reviewed.
Plant list sheet allows the following to be logged; Fleet No., Serial / Reg. No., Description, Purchase date, Plant Type (controlled entry field), notes and a lookup column which will automatically show the total number of breakdowns for each item listed.
Breakdown sheet allows all details relating to every breakdown to be logged. Fleet No. field is user-input and then will automatically lookup and display description. All details relating to the breakdown including if resolved and closed are then entered including a controlled entry for Breakdown Code to assist with analysis of breakdowns i.e. a code to log breakdowns caused by operator error or machine fault etc...
Analysis sheet can be used to review total numbers of breakdowns by breakdown code or by item type and makes use of charts to show this data visually.
