This register is used to keep a track of IT equipment and logins.

Register has a worksheet setup for listing of IT Equipment including; Item No., date purchased, type (controlled entry field), owner, security risk, issued to, check due (conditional formatting on this field to highlight when item due for check or overdue) comments and current status.

This register includes all information required by ISO 27001 to demonstrate that IT equipment is being effectively managed.

Separate worksheet for Logins / Keys / Cards where details of any logins, keys or security access cards issued to staff can be logged and managed.

In the event of a member of staff leaving the equipment and logins listings can be filtered to quickly and easily show all equipment and logins issued to each worker.
