Premises checklist that can be completed by Responsible Welding Coordinator (RWC) as part of evidence of ongoing inspection and monitoring for demonstrating compliance with CE / UKCA marking  BS EN 1090 Factory Production Control (FPC) system.

This checklist also includes a section with Health & Safety checks which can be removed if not required and then lists the various checks completed by the RWC on;

- Parent Materials

- Equipment / Calibration register

- Welder qualifications

- Weld procedures

- Production checks / paperwork

- NDT testing / Inspection

The checklist is setup for these checks to be logged each month and covering 12 months and may be supported by more frequent and detailed inspections.
