Electrical Safety Policy Procedure Template
The Electrical Safety Policy Procedure is a Word template that sets out how a business manages the risks from electricity in the workplace. It covers the dangers of electric shock, competence and training, work on or near electrical systems, a schedule of maintenance with pre-use checks, inspections and portable appliance testing, quarantining defective equipment, safe working rules and checks on fixed wiring.
Title, File Location, Issue No, Issue Date, Controlled By and Approved By fields and an Amendment Record support document control, and the footer carries a Business Use information classification. Only the person named in Controlled By may amend the document.
