ISO 45001 Clause 10 - Improvement

Clause 10 is split into 10.1 General (the overarching duty to determine improvement opportunities and act on them), 10.2 Incident, nonconformity and corrective action (the formal process for handling things that go wrong), and 10.3 Continual improvement (continually improving the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the management system). UK organisations also have specific duties to investigate accidents and dangerous occurrences under HASAWA and RIDDOR, which feed naturally into Clause 10.2.
