Following on from the recent new requirements for certain organizations to comply with ISO22458:2022-Consumer Vulnerability, we have developed a toolkit to assist in compliance with this new standard. ISO 22458:2022 center's on all to do with addressing the needs of vulnerable consumers.

This involves; identifying potential vulnerable consumers, implementing possible solutions, making facilities and services accessible and considering the resources available.

Our toolkit features some brand new documents to help organizations recognize and address the subject of consumer vulnerability.

Key documents included:

• CC-CV1 Code of Conduct for Vulnerable Consumers - This is a guidance document which outlines arrangements and commitments to vulnerable consumers
• F-IMS58 Vulnerability Risks Register - A register in table format which provides an overall view on the consumer vulnerability risks which are presented to the organization
• ISO22458 Implementation Checklist - Checklist for all major considerations which must be addressed in order to comply with ISO22458:2022
• ER23 Consumer Vulnerability Register - A register for detailing consumer vulnerability information, mapping risk research, case studies and third-party organizations
