alphaZ Subscription: Every ISO Toolkit
The alphaZ subscription now covers everything on alphaZ documents. Over a thousand documents and every ISO toolkit, including every integrated combination, come in one subscription for a single payment of £295 plus VAT for twelve months. It replaces the old mix of individual toolkits, single documents and download passes, at a reduced price. It arrives alongside the rebuild of the site, covered in our post on website security risk.
What the alphaZ Subscription Includes

alphaZ Subscription Price and Renewal
The alphaZ subscription is £295 plus VAT, paid once for twelve months. It does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Renewal for a further twelve months is £195 plus VAT, with no obligation. Reminders come a month and a week before the year ends, and a renewal is added on from the end of the current year, so nothing is lost by renewing early. If you do nothing, access ends on the last day of the term, and you can still renew at £195 plus VAT for 14 days after that.
The price has been reduced. Because the files now go straight from our master document set into the library, keeping them up to date takes far less of our time, and that saving is passed on in the price. It compares very well with what is charged elsewhere, where an update service alone can cost as much each month, and a single ISO toolkit many times more. Buying the alphaZ Subscription and Using the Library
Buy now on the subscription page goes to a secure Stripe card checkout. VAT is added at checkout, a VAT invoice is issued, and you are taken straight into the alphaZ subscriber library once payment goes through. To pay by bank transfer, email enquiries@isomanaged.com with your company name, billing address, VAT number if you have one, and the email address you will log in with. We send an invoice, and access starts when it is paid. The bank details are on the Offline Payment page.
The library is at library.az-documents.co.uk. Log in with the email address you subscribed with. There is no password: the library emails you a six-digit code, and you stay logged in on that browser for 30 days. Documents are organised by document type and toolkit, with a search, and every file links back to its page on alphaZ documents. New and updated documents appear in the library within minutes of being released, and the Download Files tab on any document or toolkit page on alphaZ documents takes you to the same login. Existing subscribers have been moved across with their current end date and log in the same way.
