This toolkit includes everything you need to complete comprehensive internal audit training with your staff or to complete an internal audit training course with trainees in a classroom or remote setting. A powerpoint presentation on internal auditing, a training video and practical internal audit training exercises with trainer guidance notes are included. 

The toolkit is supplied in 2 folders;

1. Trainer Files - this includes all the files required for leading and providing the training course including the powerpoint presentation, notes and guidance on the training exercises, a link to the internal audit training video and training certificate template for issue of training certificates at the end of the course
2. Exercise Files - these are all the files required by the trainees including the internal audit training exercises, audit checklists and an evidence folder from the fictitious company 'alphaZ manaufacturing' for completion of realistic audit training exercises and identification of issues and completion of audit checklists

Internal Audit Training Video - this provides an overview of the auditing process showing each step from setting up and preparing for the audit to completing audit checklists and preparing an audit schedule. The video also covers completing an internal audit and raising findings. 

aZ-Manufacturing-IMS - this is the evidence folder that has been provided for review during the completion of the internal audit exercises. To ensure this can be completed as realistically as possible the folder includes a range of files and evidence from the fictitious company including some useful, and other less useful, files to require the trainees to review and scrutinise a lot of evidence and determine what is relevant when completing the audit training exercises.

This folder includes;

• Approved suppliers folder with supplier records and records from recent purchasing activities
• Audit folder with audit checklists and audit schedule
• Other company documents including forms and policies folders
• Staff training records including overall training matrix and training certs
• Issues register
• Company procedures - various management system procedures

Audit-Interviews - to assist with completing the audit exercises your audit assistant has conveniently interviewed a number of key people within alphaZ Manufacturing (including the rather disinterested Managing Director!) and has provided transcripts of each interview to assist with completion of the internal audits.

Audit checklists - for each exercise where there is a requirement to prepare an audit checklist, a completed checklist has also been provided to allow all trainees review and compare with their own checklists and to complete internal audits following the same checklist questions if preferred.

TE1-Trainer-Guidance - this is an overview of the training exercises to provide additional guidance to the training provider including some guidance on prompts to provide to students during the training exercises and also an overview of the findings and considerations based on the audit evidence provided.
