Update Details: Two new forms to assist with managing the risks associated with Legionella in water systems.
We recently added an example Legionella Risk Assessment to the web site and this flagged up some other documentation requirements in the controls and we have therefore prepared and added these new files;
- F-HS36 Legionella Risk Review - unlike the example RA-HS62 Legionella Risk Assessment which provides a summary of risks associated with exposure to legionella bacteria on the F-HS20 General Risk Assessment form this form has been designed to systematically review potential legionella risks allowing to help to identify if there are any risks or actions required
- F-HS37 Legionella Management Plan - this form is intended to meet the requirement for having a documented legionella management plan if legionella risk has been identified while also providing a useful and simple overview of actions required including when checks are scheduled, who is responsible and also to log that checks have been completed to demonstrate that effectively managed
- GG-7-22 Legionella Safety - this provides overall guidance and also more detailed instructions and guidance for completion of the Legionella Risk Review and Management Plan
