MPS made use of the FORS document compliance pack when they recently updated their management systems to meet the requirements of the updated Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) V5 standard.

Rather than paying large fees to consultants or FORS pre audit service providers, the use of the package which includes all required FORS, policies and other documents allowed the transition to be completed with very little effort or time.

The FORS V5 standard is 107 pages long and includes a large number of specific requirements including a long list of documents, sign-off's, procedures and other requirements which can all be covered by making use of the FORS document compliance pack.

At the centre of this pack is a FORS manual which is organised according to the standard and includes the required procedures, embedded documents such as risk assessments and policies and working through this simple manual ensures all FORS requirements are met as simply and easily as possible.
