Update Details: Every alphaZ form template has been refreshed with updated styling and a footer that now adjusts automatically to portrait or landscape orientation.
This was a library-wide pass across the whole set of alphaZ form templates rather than a change to any single document. The styling was brought back into line across the templates so the forms present consistently, and the footer was reworked so that it now resizes itself correctly whether a form is set up in portrait or landscape. That is particularly useful on the wider registers and checklists that are designed to run in landscape.
There were no changes to the content or fields of the forms. Existing copies already in use remain perfectly usable, and the refreshed templates simply carry the tidied styling, the corrected footer and the 10/07/26 issue date in the document properties status field.
As always, all of our form templates are provided as 'Issue 1' on the face of the document ready for you to use. Our internal document control is held in the file properties, where we use the 'Status' field. If you want to check that a form template you are using is the same as the one currently available to download, open the file properties and compare the Status field against the current download.
