Update Details: F-Q2A Audit Checklist Form added alongside the standard checklist & includes additional fields and 'objectives' to support compliance with ISO 14001:2026 clause 9.2.2.
A new F-Q2A variant is now supplied alongside the standard F-Q2. It adds a combined Criteria and Objectives field in place of the criteria field, supporting ISO 14001:2026 clause 9.2.2 which now requires audit objectives to be documented for each audit. Additional fields capture site / location, audit participants, and a structured Audit Feedback block at the foot of the form for audit conclusions and recommendations on the same record.
F-Q2 remains totally suitable for documenting internal audits but can be updated using any of the fields or text included in F-Q2A if preferred - or if a really pedantic auditor questions why the audit checklist doesn't state 'Objectives'!. Both files are now included in every ISO toolkit.
