We have recently changed our top-level domain from az-documents.co.uk to isomanaged.com to better reflect the full range of services we offer to support and complement the alphaZ documents package.

We have also updated the web site to include further information about our other services including our remote support service, alphaZ control online systems and we’ve also added the knowledge base to provide information, guidance and support to anyone setting up management systems, preparing for ISO certification or using alphaZ documents.

We’ve also been busy making guidance videos and will be linking these videos from our new Youtube channel into the relevant knowledge base articles.

Everything that was available on the az-documents.co.uk web site is still here, it’s just now available at isomanaged.com and we’ve added a bit more to make sure our customers are aware of the full range of support we can provide to make achieving ISO certification a simple and beneficial process.

This change will have no impact on existing customers as all accounts have been switched over and all site subscriptions are still valid. Over the coming weeks and months we will be making further updates including adding links from each document download page to relevant pages within the knowledge base which will include full support and guidance on the documents and their use. We’ve also added a discreet help link to each document so full help can be accessed from the individual documents.

While making this domain change, we have also completed some overall site maintenance, re-organisation and updates to the site which will make it easier to navigate and find the relevant resources.
