New issues and Actions register is as easy as ABC to complete
We have added a new and improved version of the issues and actions register which corresponds with the simple problems form featuring the A, B, C sections.
The alphaZ package includes the F-Q10 - Significant Problems / Incident / Complaint Form which has been designed to be suitable for logging all sorts of issues, incidents complaints and problems in order to remove the need for multiple different forms which serve the same general purpose; logging issues and the actions taken in response to the issues. There are a number of versions of the problem form available to suit different type of company and application.
Some versions of this form break the issues logged down in to 3 sections;
A - Issue Summary (Description of issue and any containment action taken)
B - Action (Corrective / preventative action taken)
C - Final Review (Review / verification that action taken effective, review of cause and closure of issue)
Other variations of the form include additional sections for logging containment action, root cause analysis, corrective and preventative action taken etc... but the overall structure is the same using these A, B & C sections.
The updated ER1 Issues Actions Register has been modified so that the issue summary sheet is also split into A,B & C sections to mirror the problems form.
As well as listing all issues including details of who has been assigned responsibility, due date, and status, the issue register also includes optional analysis fields where category and significance can be logged with a separate statistical analysis sheet for reviewing and analysing the issues raised.
Further review and analysis is also possible using the built in root-cause-analysis for comprehensive review of causal factors and root cause.
