FORS Toolkit updated for the new FORS V6 standard

The FORS standard has been updated to version 6.0 which means all businesses who are currently compliant with this scheme will need to make some updates to ensure compliance with the updated standard which has some new requirements relating to documentation that will need to be prepared as evidence for compliance.

The FORS scheme has been regularly updated since it was launched and with each update the documentation requirements and documentary evidence required for compliance has been increased. These ever increasing documentation requirements make complying with this scheme, which is intended to improve road safety, a very time-consuming administrative exercise requiring a huge amount of time an effort to ensure all the documentation requirements are met.

Our toolkit can help companies meet these extensive documentation requirements by providing the extensive list of policies and simplified documents for driver sign-off's and declarations while also covering each clause of the standard in the various procedures included in a single and simple to use manual.

Avoid the pain and pitfalls of FORS compliance by using our FORS toolkit!

The Changes

Some of the main changes to our FORS toolkit to meet the FORS V6 standard;

Driver Declarations

The updated standard requires additional declarations to be signed by drivers and a number of new forms have been added to facilitate getting these declarations documented, New forms allow FORS, Collisions, Licence endorsements and medical declarations to be collected on individual forms or collected together on a single sign-off form (F-FORS2);

Other Updates

There are also various other updates which have led to some changes to various procedures included within the FORS manual and also to some other documents.
